01 · Why INNR

What are you feeling— really?

Carry the weight. Stay calm. Keep going. That can work for a long time. INNR gives you a dedicated moment each day for a different question: What is really going on inside—and what do you want to do with it?

No endless feed. No perfect answer. A clear process that helps you notice, understand, and practice.

02 · Strength in everyday life

Strength that matters in everyday life.
Calm. Clear. True to yourself.

Strength shows in how you handle pressure, what you speak up about and where you set a boundary. INNR gives you practical exercises for the moments that keep coming up in everyday life.

After work

A full day. A reply that comes out too sharply.

A small question at home meets the tension of the whole day. You want to pause before your next reply.

What you practise in INNR

The 6-Second Pause

You revisit a specific situation, notice your first impulse and practise pausing before deciding how you want to respond.

Free exercise · from journey day 1

INNR: The 6-Second Pause asks you to think of a situation that irritated you today.

In a conversation

You say “I’m fine”. There is more to it.

You want to bring something up but cannot find a way to begin. Finding a word for yourself can be your next step.

What you practise in INNR

Name It

You find a word for what you are feeling and say it aloud, just to yourself at first. You can add your own note to your check-in.

When someone asks again

You said yes again. Even though it is already too much.

You want to be reliable, but keep overlooking your own limits. You want a clear answer ready for the next request.

What you practise in INNR

Setting Boundaries

You look at a yes you did not mean, find your own words and practise saying them aloud. After the main journey, you can explore the topic further in the 14-day boundaries cycle.

Whenever you need a moment

One minute. Just for you.

Before a reply, between appointments or before heading home: open “Take a breather” in INNR and follow the gentle breathing circle.

  • Breathe in gently for 4 seconds and out for 6, without holding your breath.
  • Six rounds make one minute. Return to normal breathing if the rhythm feels uncomfortable.
  • Available again at any time, independently of your 28-day journey.

Free · no INNR account or subscription required

One minute refers to this standalone breathing pause. A full journey day includes several exercises.

03 · Your daily ritual

Four short steps.
One honest moment.

Each day builds on the one before it. Complete the individual exercises one by one, at your own pace.

01Notice

Check in honestly

Choose an emotion, rate its intensity, and notice where you feel it in your body. Adding a note is optional.

02Pause

Breathe with awareness

Follow a calm visual breathing rhythm for a few minutes and bring your attention back to the present.

03Act

Put it into practice

Practice naming emotions, pausing before you react, or expressing your boundaries more clearly.

04Reflect

Reflect in the evening

Close the day with a short question and capture what you want to take with you.

04 · The journey

Days. Four chapters.
One clear path.

Day by day, INNR guides you through a focused theme, a personal prompt, and practical exercises.

01
Days 1–7

The beginning

Notice what is there. Name your emotions. Capture your first reflections.

02
Days 8–14

Going deeper

Look more closely at your reactions and explore what may lie beneath them.

03
Days 15–21

Connection

Practice openness, asking for support, setting boundaries, and having honest conversations.

04
Days 22–28

Integration

Choose the tools that help you and bring them more intentionally into everyday life.

05 · A personal starting point

A place to begin.
Not a diagnosis.

You begin by answering four questions. Your answers create one of four reflection profiles, which adapts selected daily prompts and exercises.

It does not define you, assess your mental health, or constitute a psychological diagnosis.

06 · Inside the app

What supports you along the way.

Clear, guided tools instead of information overload—so a good intention can become a steady practice.

01

One-minute breathing pause

Always free: six gentle breathing rounds, independently of your journey day.

02

Emotional check-ins

Your emotion, its intensity, where you feel it in your body—and, if you like, your own words.

03

12 guided skills

From naming what you feel and taking a brief pause to body awareness, boundaries, and reflecting on conflict.

04

Your personal journey

Revisit your entries, milestones, and weekly summaries whenever you need them.

05

Patterns for reflection

INNR helps you make sense of recurring emotions and changes in intensity—not as a clinical assessment.

07 · Privacy by default

What is INNR?

INNR is an iPhone app for men who want to understand their feelings and practise self-reflection. Its guided 28-day journey combines emotional check-ins, breathing exercises, practical exercises and journaling. The app is planned for iOS 17 or later; its App Store launch is still ahead.

Is INNR a form of therapy?

No. INNR supports self-reflection and emotional skills, but it does not provide diagnoses and is not a substitute for psychotherapy or medical care.

What can I use for free?

The first chapter, covering days 1 to 7, is free and requires neither an account nor a subscription. The check-in, breathing exercise, and evening reflection remain free after day 7. Continuing the guided journey from day 8 requires INNR Pro.

How much time do I need?

The standalone breathing pause takes one minute. Most steps in the 28-day journey take 3 to 8 minutes each; a complete journey day includes several steps you can finish separately.

Where is my data stored?

Personal check-ins, journal entries, and reflections are stored locally on your iPhone. They are not currently sent to an INNR server or tracked for advertising. They are excluded from device backups and removed when you delete the app.

Do I need an account?

No. INNR works without a user account.

What does my reflection profile mean?

Four introductory questions create a personal starting point for selected prompts. Your profile does not define you and is not a psychological diagnosis.

Which devices and languages does INNR support?

INNR is designed for iPhone in portrait orientation and requires iOS 17 or later. It is available in English, German, French, and Spanish. English is the primary language and the fallback for unsupported device languages.
